I suppose it would be possible to mount a solenoid on each side of the engine bay controlling each turbo running from the same controller signal but that would be pretty overkill. Teeing everything off isn't that bad at all though. After reading up on the EBC installation on the net I was kinda dreading it. Got started on it though and it only took me about an hour to get it in and start dialing it in. During my plenum pull I fully removed the safety boost solenoids and ran vacuum tubes all the way to the wastegates. Along with the Perrin boost solenoid the boost is really solid and reliable now.
